Machine Learning for Mental Health: New Developments and Applications Using Multimodal Data is a Government Project (ACT210096) in Science and Technology financed through the Associative Research Program (PIA) of the National Research and Development Agency (ANID) of the Ministry of Science, Technology, Knowledge and Innovation of Chile.

MISSION

Our project establishes that the methodological, applied and theoretical study of the models/algorithms that constitute the main focus of this research proposal, is a rich source of interesting (and difficult) problems, their solutions being an important contribution to the statistical toolbox, and to research in fields such as Mental Health, and more.

Our Goals

Create an appropriate synergy

amongst the members of the team, on the basis of previous, fruitful, collaborations, had in the past by some members of the team

To develop deep learning

algorithms considering multimodal data.

To implement the developed

algorithms in freely available programming languages.

Apply the developed methodologies

to real data sets of the GERO cohort.
