Loreto Olavarría Vera

Loreto has an Msc in Cognitive Neurosciences, University College London (UK), dedicated to the care of the elderly, her main interest is in neuropsychology and work with people with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, as well as in the rehabilitation of people with disability She is an academic at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Chile. She is academic coordinator and teacher of the Adult Neuropsychiatry Clinical Diploma. In the clinical field, she works as a neuropsychologist at the Memory and Neuropsychiatry Clinic (CMYN) of the University of Chile and the Salvador Hospital, in the Memory Unit as a pilot of the National Dementia Plan. Additionally, she participates as a co-investigator in various research projects that are developed in CMYN, with publications in the WoS.
